The plans below are for WordPress websites; are you looking for my Squarespace Support Plans?
Simply need someone to update plugins & WordPress & check on security? I offer that peace of mind for only £40 a month. For my more advanced packages, see below.
All my support plans include a commitment to respond to client messages within 12 working hours. There’s a 2 month minimum sign-up period & you can cancel at any time after that.
START
£65 monthly
Includes:
30 minutes of monthly troubleshooting & development time*.
Weekly security checks, plugin, theme & WordPress updates.
Twice yearly website strategy review.
GROW
£125 monthly
Includes:
90 minutes of monthly troubleshooting & development time*.
Weekly plugin & theme updates.
WordPress core & PHP updates as needed.
Weekly site health check (e.g: plugin incompatibilities, security alerts, responsiveness, broken links etc).
Monthly design check (ensuring design/branding consistency of any new pages, blog posts, & other content additions).
Twice yearly website strategy review.
ELEVATE
£195 monthly
Includes:
Everything included in the GROW package.
Plus an additional 2 hours of monthly development time - 3.5 hours in total*
*What is development time?
This includes any changes or additions you want to make to your site. This might include (but is not limited to): adding new pages & blog posts, making edits to existing pages, managing your shop or member area, researching & installing new plugin.
SQUARESPACE SUPPORT PLANS
My Squarespace support plans focus on content rather than tech support because Squarespace requires fewer technical updates than WordPress.
All my support plans include a commitment to respond to client messages within 12 working hours. There’s a 2 month minimum sign-up period & you can cancel at any time after that.

Twice yearly website strategy review (1 hour each)

Plus an additional 3 hours of monthly troubleshooting & development time - a total of 4.5 hours*
